Privacy Policy

White-Tee Garage (“I”, “me”) is a small engine repair business in Cochrane, Alberta. This policy explains what personal information I collect through white-teegarage.ca, why, and how I look after it. I follow Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What I collect

When you send a service request, I collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, area and address (if you give one), details about your equipment, and any photos you attach.

The site also uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you personally.

How I use it

Only to respond to your request: to call or email you, give you a price, arrange pick-up or drop-off, and do the work. I don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and I don’t add you to a mailing list.

Who else sees it

Your request is delivered to my email by Resend, an email delivery service, and the website is hosted by Vercel. Both process data on my behalf, and some of that processing may happen outside Canada. Otherwise, I only share your information if the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep request emails as long as I need them to serve you and keep basic business records, then delete them.

Your choices
