Getting a price
How do I get a price?
Fill in the request form or call 825-733-1321. I’ll call you with a price over the phone before any work starts.
Do your prices include parts?
No. Posted prices are labour only. Parts are extra. I’ll tell you what parts your machine needs, and what they cost, before I go ahead.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Describing the problem and getting a price over the phone is free. Diagnostics, when a machine needs to be checked over in person, are $59 for mowers, snowblowers and generators.
How can I pay?
Cash or e-transfer.
What I work on
What do you work on?
Lawn mowers, riding mowers and zero-turns, snowblowers, chainsaws, weed trimmers, ATVs and quads, motorcycles and generators. If it has a small engine and you’re not sure, ask.
What brands do you work on?
Any brand. Some shops only service the brands they sell. I don’t.
Can I send more than one machine?
Yes. List everything in one request and I’ll price it together.
Pick-up, drop-off and timing
Do you come to me?
Pick-up is available, and some jobs can be done right at your place. Choose “Come to me” on the form and I’ll let you know what works for your machine.
Can I drop my equipment off?
Yes. Choose “I’ll drop it off” on the form and I’ll set up a time when I call you.
Do you offer same-day or emergency service?
No. Book ahead, especially before snowblower season in the fall and mowing season in the spring.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the job and whether parts need to be ordered. I’ll give you an idea of timing when I call you with the price.

What areas do you serve?
Cochrane, West Calgary, Bragg Creek and the Ghost Lake area, plus Bearspaw and Springbank. Outside those? Send a request anyway and I’ll let you know.
Are you licensed?
Yes. White-Tee Garage holds a Cochrane business licence, and I have a diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
